Linocut Textile Printing Workshop

Join us for a day of Stamp Carving and textile printing on a beautiful 100% linen table runner.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners. You will transfer drawn images onto your lino block, learn how to carve a single-block design and a separate repeat pattern block, and use fabric printing techniques to create your finished design using special textile block print inks.

We will cover design, transfer, ink mixing, cutting techniques, and fabric preparation throughout the workshop. You will receive guidance and support as you explore these processes and develop your artistic skills. This is an opportunity to learn the basics, experiment with new techniques, and create your textile prints to take home.

Materials provided – feel free to bring additional natural fabrics. It is also advisable to bring design ideas.

Light refreshments provided but please bring along a packed lunch
