A blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga, Mobility Work, Myofascial Tissue Release, Breathwork, & Sound Therapy. Each session supports body and mind, helping rehydrate and restore connective tissues for improved mobility. Ideal for fitness recovery, stress release to deep relaxation.
Sessions finish with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath to wind down and synchronise brainwaves. The link in your fitness and wellness routine, bringing together the perfect balance of movement, relaxation and recovery.

Please bring your mat, 2x yoga blocks (or whatever you prefer), a cozy blanket, a pillow if you like and a bolsters are if you have one.
Props are optional and I’ve got plenty of spare equipment at the studio 😊
