Move, sweat and build strength with a dynamic Pilates flow, sequenced to a banging playlist to get your blood pumping and body buzzing. We’ll generate inner heat to carry you confidently through winter.

🌬️ 60 min Yin Yoga Session - The Metal Element
Balance out the burn with deep release. Our Yin practice will focus on the metal elements of Chinese medicine - supporting the lungs and large intestine, helping you let go, breathe deeply, and reset.

🖊️ Guided Journaling & Sound Bath
We’ll close with grounding reflection and a beautiful sound bath to integrate the practice and align your energy with the season. Expect stillness, softness, and connection.
