Awakening Summer through Movement & Sound

Sun, 2–5 pm, Sunshine Room, Findhorn Ecovillage

Join us in the Sunshine Room just after Beltane to feed our fire within and enhance the blossoming that summer inspires us to awaken. We will lead you through a journey working with the power of intention, dance movement meditation, song and healing sounds. We will round up the day sipping chai in community and sharing beautiful flower gifts provided by Meadow Cottage Flowers.

Sliding Scale: £20–£30
