Dream it. Plan it. Do it. Two hands-on activities will get you started.

Turn your dreams into goals—and your goals into reality.

Activity 1 breaks down the difference between short-term and long-term goals. Goals become more clear and achievable when written down. Learn to use the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Time-bound) method when creating goals.

Activity 2 bring goals to life through a creative vision board. With past wins, future goals, and a fun bucket list, each board becomes a daily reminder of what matters most.
