YIN REIKI

This Yin Reiki class combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing energy of Reiki.
The class involves holding Yin Yoga poses for extended periods while Charise, a Reiki practitioner, gently places their hands on or near the body, channeling healing energy. This combination aims to promote deep relaxation, release tension in connective tissues, and encourage a sense of well-being
This class can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, balance the energy system, and promote a sense of calm and well-being.
