Come and experience an afternoon of shamanic journeying at Angus Holistic Hub where we will access the unseen realms to connect with your spirit guides, ancestors and power animals.
You will be held in a very calm and relaxed environment. Just allow the beat of the drum to carry you, connecting with the energies of non-ordinary reality to gain access to healing, wisdom and guidance from our spirit helpers.
We shall take two separate journeys, one to meet a spirit guide and one to meet your power animal.
This is suitable for absolute beginners.
It is vital that you are comfortable so please bring layers to lay down on not just a yoga mat, pillows, blankets etc. Also an eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes as this will enhance your journey experience and feel deeper. A notepad and pen to jot down details straight afterwards.
