Guthrie Hall Sound Bath

Join me for this beautiful 90 minute sound emersion💫 at Guthrie hall, 5 minutes from Friockheim.

Tibetan/Himalayan singing bowls are a wonderful way to experience deep relaxation. Helping to switch busy minds off and relax the body.

It can help those who struggle to sleep and suffer anxiety, just a few of the wonderful benefits of sound therapy.

A beautiful way to bring calm into the mind and body, clearing away the chatter in the brain. Brings healing to the physical, mental and spiritual body.
