Hamachi yellowtail sashimi, served with chilli oil, caviar, wasabi foam and crostini.

*Vegetarian Option - Vegetable Tempura with garlic aioli and a mixed greens salad.

Arrows and Hearts

Cream of mushroom & fennel soup.

Heaven on Earth

Melon ball with yuzu gelatin.

Cupid's Rescue - Choose from the following entrees

Pan-Seared Chicken Supreme. Served with buttered greens, potato gratin and bacon cream.

Crispy Duck Breast. Served with braised sweet & sour red cabbage and parsnip puree with orange & red wine jus.

Pan-Seared Fillet of Cod. Served with a herb crust, mussels, and creamy champ with fish velouté.

*Vegetarian Option: Asparagus, wild mushroom, and pea risotto.

Heavenly Sinful - Choose between the following desserts

Vanilla bean crème brûlée. Served with biscotti and champagne sorbet.
