Spring Public Archaeology Day

Our most anticipated event of the season is back! Join us for a day of hands-on activities and exploration at the 1857 Slave Dwelling at Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest.

You bring your friends and family, we'll bring the gloves and trowels.

Included with general admission to Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, so feel free to hop back and forth between a tour of the retreat house, exploring the grounds, and digging with us!
