Handstand Course (6 weeks, Open Levels)

Develop your handstand muscles and technique (from Kick-ups to One-Arm prep or Press work) with drills specifically designed to overcome any roadblock 💪 I'm determined to find ZE variation that’ll help *you* 🤓 Also, expect a small group (max 8), ideal to cater to individual needs/goals in a fun atmosphere 🤗 You don't need to be able to hold your handstand but there is a requisite: a comfortable 30s plank hold.
