Unlock your body’s potential in this two-day active flexibility deep dive — designed to safely and effectively improve your range of motion, strength, and mobility, no matter your starting point.
For: Yogis, aerialists, athletes, dancers, movers of all kinds — and anyone ready to reclaim mobility after years of stiffness.

Day 1 – Hip Flexors & Backbends
We’ll focus on extending the hip flexors while strengthening the back to enhance front splits and backbends. You’ll work towards poses like Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana), King Cobra, King Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana), and Camel (Ustrasana) — with variations tailored to your body and level.
This 2-hour session includes:
• Full-body warm-up to prepare joints and muscles
• Active flexibility drills to build strength and control
• PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques for effective muscle lengthening
• Targeted passive stretches towards the end
• Guided time to explore your “peak pose” or a range of motion suitable for you

Day 2 – Hip Opening & Forward Folding
We’ll dive into straddle/pancake flexibility, middle splits, and deep hip openers with targeted drills to increase mobility and strength. The work in this session will help you progress (eventually with steady practice) towards poses such as Lotus (Padmasana), Compass Pose, and Eka Pada Sirsasana — with preparatory variations and adaptations for your current level.
This session includes:
• Active hip-opening sequences to strengthen new ranges of motion
• Progressive drills that safely guide you into deeper poses
• A balance of dynamic and static work to build both control and flexibility

My Approach
I don’t believe in “just stretching” — we work actively so your flexibility comes from muscle strength, not joint dependency. This method is safer, more sustainable, and accessible to all levels. Expect to sweat, play, and challenge your body in new ways. You do not need to be flexible to join — if you can move, you can start.

About Chiara
I’m a yoga and movement coach, aerialist, and flexibility trainer with a background in dance, circus arts, calisthenics, and yoga. Over the past 7 years, I’ve taught students from complete beginners to more professional movers, combining techniques from multiple disciplines to create a playful and safe environment. My goal is to help you go deeper, feel open and free in your body — and to discover just how much more it can do.
