What’s Happening?

This summer, we’re taking to the streets to meet our families where they are. We’ll share back-to-school information, deliver warm welcomes, and remind everyone that Proviso is here to help.

Volunteer with Us!

✔️ Help families get ready for school

✔️ Reconnect with families in a positive, supportive way

✔️ Spread Proviso pride across our neighborhoods

As a Volunteer, You Will:

🏠 Visit Proviso D209 neighborhoods

📄 Deliver flyers, school calendars, yard signs, door hangers, and more

🗣️ Use friendly, welcoming scripts to engage with families

💬 Encourage registration and participation in the new school year

Volunteer Walk Dates:

🗓️ Dates: Saturday, July 12 & Saturday, July 26

🕒 Times: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

📍 Meeting Location: District Office (Volunteers must have reliable transportation)

Volunteer Training:

🗓️ Date: Thursday, July 10

🕒 Time: 5:00 PM

📍 Location: Virtual (Link will be provided upon registration)
