👶 Mama & Me Strides: Mini Striders in Training!

Join us on Wednesday, August 13th for Stroller Strides followed by a special Mini Strides class just for the kids! After watching you crush your workout, the little ones will get their turn to move and play—just like mama!

🎒 Bring a toy stroller, cart, or lawnmower for your little one to push during their class
