Samir Abdul, originally from Darfur, Sudan, is an international comedian shaking up Chicago’s comedy scene. A survivor of the Darfur genocide, Samir blends personal stories of resilience with sharp, witty observations on American life
Chloe Mikala has opened and hosted for Dulcé Sloan, Beth Stelling, Bobcat Goldthwait, Adam Conover, Marcella Arguello, Chastity Washington, Chris Fairbanks, and more. She’s also a co-producer/ensemble member of the all Black comedy variety show My Best Friend is Black - a show that was voted Best Comedy Show by The Chicago Reader two years in a row
Ryan Kushner is a standup, improvisor, and sketch writer. When he’s not making audience laugh with his standup, his sketch comedy team Grapefruit Bubbly is gaining international acclaim in festivals around the country. He’s even written for the renowned NYC-based sketch comedy collective BoogieManja.
HEADLINER Caitlin Checkeroski is originally from Michigan and now performs stand-up at clubs all over Chicago including Zanies, Laugh Factory, Lincoln Lodge, and more. Recently, she got to share the stage with Aparna Nancherla at the prestigious 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival. She has participated in the Orlando Indie Comedy Festival (2017), Crom Comedy Festival (2017), Asheville Comedy Festival (2019) and Memphis Comedy Festival (2019).
