Join Amanda and Shannon in a deep restorative practice + sound bath. Unwind and rejuvenate with our Deep Restorative Yoga session, enhanced by the soothing harmonies of a Sound Bath. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and healing as you let go of stress and embrace tranquility. Join us for a transformative journey that nurtures both body and mind!

This class will be limited to 16 participants - register early to save your spot!

Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets will be available. Dress comfortably and bring anything that may make you feel most relaxed.
