The Space Within - Meditation Course

😵‍💫 Life can often feel noisy, fast and overwhelming.

♥️ The Space Within is an invitation to pause, to step out of the noise and reconnect with the quiet place of peace inside yourself.

🧘Through meditation and mindfulness we will explore how to soften the mind, settle the nervous system and find peace & contentment in the stillness which we all hold beneath the chaos of the world.

🧘‍♂️Whether you are an experienced meditator or you’re stepping in for the first time, this series meets you exactly where you are.

✨No experience needed - just a willingness to pause and explore the quiet space within.

👀 Classes are every Monday 7.15pm - 8.15pm for 5 weeks
