FREE YOGA - Fall Equinox

An all-levels, combination class of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative asanas that is intended to offer an overall sense of well being, embodiment, and what we offer at Upstairs Yoga.

This is a really great reintroduction if you're trying to get back into your practice this fall and need an idea of what classes to begin with.

This class is free of charge, which means that it will sell out! Make sure to sign up to reserve your spot. If you already have an account, sign up as normal and you will not be charged. If you are new to the studio, you will have to make an account in order to sign up for the class.
