FREE Yoga Class (Slow Flow + Stretch)

This class is completely free! If you are new to the studio you will have to make an account to sign up but you will not be charged. If you already have a package, your package will not be charged for this session. Expect gentle, flowing movements paired with deep, calming stretches and a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. Bring all of your normal yoga gear (mat, bolsters, blankets, water, etc).

Whatever is not brought will be provided at the studio although yoga mats are limited. Please come early if you need to borrow one. We have plenty of other props for you.
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes!

Sign-Up Required: Please register online individually to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited, and we cannot accommodate day-of walk-ins once we’ve reached capacity. Feel free to bring friends and family—just make sure everyone registers separately so we can plan accordingly.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to secure your spot, gather any necessary equipment, and settle in. Doors will be locked after the class begins to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session.
