Yoga and Vision Board Creation

In this workshop, we will start with some welcoming and centering and begin planting the seeds of our intentions for the coming year. We will do some yoga movement and breathing to open us up for clarity of our intentions for 2026! We'll then transition to creating our own unique vision boards to take home that will inspire us for the rest of the year! Hang it somewhere prominent and spend some time looking at it each day and watch how the year unfolds as your vision becomes reality!


For at home participants, you will want your own supplies like glue sticks, mod podge, poster board, old magazines, inspiring quotes, images etc. You could also generate a digital version using a tool like Pinterest!
