LEARN MORE...This event is a meet up for movement and art! If you have a creative project you are working on and need some support/motivation/accountability--this is the space and time to do it!
Join us for a one-hour yoga practice led by Angela followed by 2- hour opportunity to work on your own project. Please bring your yoga mat and anything you need for joint support (blocks, blankets, etc)
Feel free to bring some supplies and whatever you need to progress on your work. It can be a drawing, writing, painting, crocheting project--the sky is the limit!
Do you need an audience to share your poetry or writing? Do you like to work in a group? Does it help you to have a designated time to be creative?
We would love to have you join us! We will have some materials available to create something new as well.
Light refreshments will be provided. Lodge has restrooms and ample parking. Looking forward to seeing all the creatives at work!
