Come join us at Riverside Family Hub for a relaxing birth preparation session of Hypnobirthing! Learn techniques to help prepare you for a calm and comfortable birthing.

Your birth partner is welcome to attend and you mut book a ticket for each of you.

These sessions are perfect pregnancy beyond 24 weeks gestattion. The tips and tricks shared can support you in preparing for a vaginal or ceasarean birth.

There is a range of activities that you will be led through and a follow up to digital resources will be provided as part of thie workshop. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents, your baby and share tips and experiences.
