We are proud to introduce one of the first-ever Zumbador Añejo Single Barrel releases in California — a milestone moment for Bleu Wine & Spirits and a celebration of craftsmanship, heritage, and vision.

This exceptional añejo was rested for 14 months in American oak barrels, yielding a refined expression layered with notes of warm spice, vanilla, roasted agave, and toasted oak — a spirit of remarkable balance and depth.

Crafted at the rising El Sabino Distillery (NOM 1643) by Roberto López — agave grower, master distiller, and master blender — this release is a testament to his all-encompassing dedication and artistry.
