• Emergency contact must be someone NOT attending the trip.

4. Book Your Lodging at Fontana Village
• Online: Use Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club Code: TAR25
• By phone: Call the front desk, mention our group name and dates
• This should fix the issues from earlier reservation attempts

• If you were registered for last year’s cancelled event (Hurricane Helene) — you must register again for 2025.
• 💯% of proceeds from last year’s cancelled event were donated to the food bank in Robbinsville, NC — thank you for helping those in need!
