Release and Renewal is an intimate experience for when life feels heavy or in transition. Maybe you’re letting go of people, patterns, or even the constant noise of an overactive mind.
Together, we start by pulling cards to see what might be in the way and what can help us move forward. We journal about what comes up, and if it feels right, we share.
Then, we settle in and I’ll guide you through a sound journey with crystal singing bowls and visualization to help your body, heart, and spirit release what’s been stored and find a rhythm.
We close by writing an offering and finishing with an intentional practice to seal it in.
This is an intimate space, only four people each week, so registration is required.
