- **Event Description**: Join me at Lake Aire Coffee Bar for a Sourdough Savvy class on Sunday, January 4 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. This class will give you everything (including the knowledge and confidence) you need to bake your own sourdough!

Each class includes:
-Your own jar of sourdough starter
-Dough prepared in class, ready to bake into your first sourdough loaf at home
-A savory sourdough snack
-Samples of sourdough
-A bread proofing basket (yours to take home!)
-A chance for delicious door prizes!
-Recipes to maintain your sourdough starter, bake a beautiful crusty loaf and delicious crackers
-2 hours of class instruction

Class is limited to 15 participants. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. If life happens (and I know it does sometimes), you can cancel your class up to 7 days before the event or you can transfer to a friend or to a future class (if available).

Each participant will receive an e-mail the week prior to class with instructions, as there are just a few things you'll want to have handy at home to bake your sourdough (a sharp knife and a Dutch oven for best results).
