No Boundaries: Beginner 5k/10 Training Presented by Altra

No Boundaries, presented by Altra, is a beginner-friendly walking and walk/run program designed to help you complete your first 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) at the Shamrock'n race in March in a supportive, group setting. Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, this program focuses on progress, not pace.

Workouts are Sundays at 7:30am, Tuesdays at 6pm, and strength training on Thursdays at 6pm in the Folsom area.
