Join us on National Book Lovers Day for a read aloud story book about the science of light! We’ll be participating in flashlight science, watching a shadow puppet show, and learning about how electricity powered the City of Sacramento! Explore the Powerhouse in this one-of-a-kind tour! This is a family-friendly event, and children ages 5 and up are encouraged to participate!
This is a Junior Ranger program, but it’s open to everyone, there’s no age limit on being a Junior Ranger. All participants will earn a Folsom Lake SRA Junior Ranger Badge, so come expand your Junior Ranger badge collection and get a brand-new logbook and add a stamp. Let’s see what un-natural items we can find out there!
