If you would like to take your wellbeing into your own hands and help yourself and also your friends and family, Level 1 Reiki training in a one day course will teach you how.
Anyone can train to use Reiki it doesn't require any previous knowledge or experience to start at Level 1. It's a one day certificated course in Hythe. You receive an A4 comprehensive manual to take home and my ongoing support after training.
Level 1 training day training is Saturday 21st June 9.30am to 4pm in a small group of 2 - 4 students in Hythe, Kent.

Reiki Level 1 is for those new to Reiki and is the first exciting step of the amazing healing energy of Reiki. The knowledge you will gain from Level 1 gives you an understanding of how to self-heal and help your family, friends and pets with Reiki.
Reiki is taught at 3 levels, each level is a complete course, you choose how far you'd like to progress with Reiki. Each Level has a separate manual and certificate.
With Level 1 you learn how to self-heal and how to treat your family, friends and pets. The course includes the history of Reiki, what Reiki is, the Reiki Principles, the benefits of using Reiki, what to use it for, how to open and close a treatment, the energetic system of the 7 main chakras, techniques for grounding, a treatment guide and much more.
