Sensory Movement Tour with Elly Rutherford

Join Elly for a playful sensory movement tour of Folkestone and the Triennial artworks, combining guided meditation, gentle movement, and sensory materials to explore art and the town in new ways. Discover what it might feel like to be an artwork, slow down (or dance around), and reconnect with your body while experiencing the extraordinary in the everyday. No dance experience needed – all ages and abilities welcome! Wear comfy clothes and shoes, and bring water and sunscreen.

Tours last up to 2 hours and take place on Wednesday 20 August, 11am and Wednesday 10 September, 11am.
