Folkestone Beach to East Cliff Loop - 2.5 hours of a beautiful seaside walk 🌊🐚🌳

Get outside and feel seabreeze on your face, whilst being with like minded people!

This a walk that truly has everything: beaches, hills, woods, views. We will begin in Folkestone beside the marina where there is a car park. Begin by going northeast and exploring the woods and beaches, then make our way back, past the starting point, over the the marina and to the Pier. Where we will end with coffee, pastries/cakes and chats!

THE PLAN

⏱️ 10:00am - Meet, greet & start walk

🧘‍♀️ 11.35am - Guided meditation & mobility

☕️ 12.30pm - Head down for coffee

✨ 13.00 pm - Community wellness chat & getting to know each other
