Monday Mayhem

In January so we’re excited to trial and bring you a new ‘Fun Fitness Monday Mayhem’ class. This is going to be open to all students, all levels of fitness, all family and friends and is completely FREE to everyone!! We want this class to kickstart everyone back into the New Year and help everyone get fit and motivated during January.

So the first class back will be 5pm Monday 5th January!!! Please drop me a comment below if you’re interested in joining us!!
