CHILLED MAMA - ON THE BEACH - Mini Retreat

CHILLED MAMA is my potent and magical Mini Retreat, gathering Mothers for a relaxing morning of rest, release, empowerment and deep connection to who you truly are.

On Saturday 21st June, to mark the turning of the wheel of the year, we are gathering at The Summer Solstice, on the beautiful, natural, secret-wilderness of The Warren Beach in Folkestone. 9.30am-12.30pm. The warren is a beautiful, natural, secret-wilderness. The energy there is palpable.

Mama, if you are feeling the call for deep rest and connection with nature and yourself, come gather with me and other like-minded Mothers, for this exquisite Mini Retreat on the beach. There will be:

Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, Yoga and Dance Release round the Fire, optional Sea Swim, Yoga Nidra, Deep Connection and Sisterhood.
