Exciting news! Beginners yoga classes are starting every Monday at The Grand (Green Room), 5–6 PM 🧘♀️🧘♂️
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to refresh the basics, this class is the perfect place to start. Come as you are, no experience needed!
🌿 Class style: Beginners Gentle Flow
🌿 Cost: £8 drop-in
🌿 When: Mondays, 5 PM – 6 PM
🌿 Where: The Grand (Green Room)
🌿 Adjustments are available for injuries, just let me know beforehand so I can support you.
