Beginners Intro to Pole Fitness 5 Week Course

Starting Monday 13th October at 17:45 we will be running a 5 week course to then continue as a regular weekly session if you wish to continue with us.

Learn the basics of Pole from strength building, spins and pretty shapes. Each week you will build on strength and see the improvements after a few session.

Price for this course is £50 (Saving £25) If you cannot make all sessions they cannot be refunded.
