FREE Community Class

Have you ever wanted to try yoga? Are you already a yogi and wanted to try another style of yoga, or learn from another teacher? This is your chance! Each month Tribe Yoga will host a community class-FREE of charge! We will rotate the day each month so that you have an opportunity to try different class styles and teachers!

Our next community class will be Gentle Yoga for Strength & Flexibility with Amy Dawson. This class is designed especially for those who want to move with intention, gently build strength, and increase flexibility in a supportive, low-pressure space. Expect a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness-leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed.
