Meditation + Reiki

Meditation + Reiki with Noah Layton invites you to rewire the mind through light, breath, and cosmic stillness — awakening the joy that has always lived within you, and anchoring your spirit in the boundless harmony of the universe. Accompanied by Reiki healing, this meditative experience will raise your frequency and leave you feeling relaxed, recentered, and light. Quiet your mind and realign with your soul whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just getting started on your mindfulness journey. Please bring a blanket, mat, or cushion to make yourself comfortable. An energetic exchange of $15 if you purchase your ticket online, or $20 at the door. Meditation will be held at Revive Wellness Studio, 6429 w Pierson rd, suite 18 Flushing, MI at 6pm on Wednesday, January 7th.
