Belmont County Historian, Marie Bundy, will share stories from her brand-new book, Going, Going, Gone—a fascinating look at the forgotten villages that once dotted the countryside around Barnesville. Many of these places have vanished completely, but their tales live on through Marie’s research.
Spanning 16 townships across Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, and Noble counties, the book reveals the history, memories, and colorful characters of these once-thriving communities.
