A Very Merry Group Guided Meditation + Reiki

Join Reiki Master Noah Layton for a very merry group meditative experience. Commune with the Spirit of Christmas and let your heart be light this Christmas Eve. Accompanied by Reiki healing, this meditative experience will raise your frequency and leave you feeling relaxed, recentered, and light. Quiet your mind and realign with your soul whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just getting started on your mindfulness journey.
