Grief Relief Through Nature

During the grief journey, we can sometimes feel both isolated in our sadness and overwhelmed by the intensity of our feelings. Connecting with the natural world can provide us with those healing moments of calm, peace, and interconnectedness. This workshop will offer various ways to mindfully connect with nature in our daily lives, and will include an experience of planting seeds to take home.
