Making Kefir Class

Rapha Wellness & Primary Care is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Kefir Making Class on Tuesday, May 20th from 6:00-8:30 at the clinic in Flowood! Cost is $45, and you must register to attend by clicking Tickets.

Kefir is a tangy, nutritional milk based drink that is loaded with probiotics that promote gut health. It helps lower blood sugar, strengthens bones, helps with weight loss, and builds up your immune system to help prevent many illnesses. In the class, we will be learning about all of its many benefits, learn how to make it, see a demonstration and participate in the process, as well as tasting a delicious smoothie made with kefir. Each participant will also receive a starter supply of kefir grains in a quart jar to take home and start making it themselves.

**The deadline to sign up is May 12th so we will have time to order your kefir grains before the class.
