Gwinnett Board Game Society Meetup

We are proud to host the Gwinnett Boardgame Society weekly, providing a space for the community to connect and play. We offer a vast library of games to play for free, and attendees often bring their own favorites. Options include short or long games, casual or strategic, cooperative or competitive. Experienced players are usually available to teach, minimizing rule confusion.

Events hosted by the Gwinnett Boardgame Society typically attract 15-20 attendees, many of whom don't register online. Those who do sign up can expect the organizers to watch for them.

Players usually arrive between 5:30 and 7:00 PM, so latecomers are encouraged to join anytime. If the group's location isn't obvious, the store clerks at Meeple Madness can provide directions.

This meetup offers a chance to enjoy modern board and card games in a welcoming atmosphere. Popular modern games include Pandemic, Wingspan, The Castles of Burgundy, and Terraforming Mars, offering gameplay ranging from 20 minutes to a few hours, with full engagement throughout. For those seeking more strategic play, options like Last Night on Earth, Battlestar Galactica, and King of Tokyo provide thrilling conflict, player elimination, and varying playtimes from 30 minutes to several hours.

All ages are welcome, though children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
