About the event

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga will take place tomorrow, Thursday, August 14th, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Flowery Branch UMC. This session uses seated and standing yoga poses to ease muscle tension and improve mobility. Your participation will advance the Wesley Woods Foundation’s mission Wesley Woods to aid individuals in need. You are invited to participate in our yoga class, which offers an opportunity to support a cause and experience the health benefits associated with yoga practice.
