Step Up Fest Part 2: Empower Your Health, Elevate Your Life!

Join us on July 27th from 1–6 PM at Peace of Faith Worship Center for Step Up Fest Part 2, a powerful day of resources, screenings, and support designed to help you take control of your financial, physical, and emotional well-being. This is a hand up, not a handout, an opportunity to step forward with dignity and hope.

✅ Priority 1: Prioritize your health with free screenings, including HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, diabetes, dental checkups, breast and cervical cancer control, and heart disease prevention.✅ Priority 2: Learn and connect with resources from WIC, Show-Me Healthy Women, Office of Minority Health and Health Equity, and more, who are ready to guide you on next steps.✅ Priority 3: Take action by connecting with constituent services and community partners that can help you sustain long-term change.
