Leslie T. Tolliver is a dynamic speaker and consultant specializing in inclusive workplaces, effective communication, and people-centric HR policies. Drawing from her legal expertise, corporate HR experience, and unique perspective as a neurodivergent professional, Leslie delivers engaging presentations on neurodiversity in the workplace, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. Her authentic storytelling style and relatable humor enable her to connect with diverse audiences while translating complex legal and HR concepts into practical workplace solutions.
As a trailblazer in her community, Leslie has achieved numerous firsts, including becoming the first African American and female Municipal Judge in Uplands Park, Missouri, the first African American and female Chair of the St. Louis County Board of Equalization, and the first African American woman to run for St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney. She has worked with organizations across industries to implement innovative strategies for employee success and has served as a political strategist for the current Ferguson Mayor and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Leslie is passionate about community service and serves as the 2nd Vice President of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Eta Alpha Chapter, where she is a proud chartering member. Her commitment to fostering truly inclusive environments reflects her dedication to helping organizations align their goals with employee well-being.
