Thanksgiving Turkey Processing Day

Come help and learn how to dispatch, de-feather, eviscerate, and package up a Thanksgiving Turkey.

Please wear clothes you don't mind getting yucky dirty, closed toed shoes, and your own beverages.

We will have smoked pork butt sandwiches available after processing as a thank you for your help. Alcoholic beverages are okay as long as you keep it respectful.
