We’ll begin with a guided Chakra Japa Meditation, using mantra repetition to open and balance the body’s energy centers. You’ll explore how different chakra stones hold their own natural vibrations—supporting healing, intention, and self-discovery.

Then, tap into your creativity as you design your own chakra stone bracelet 🪷—a meaningful piece you’ll carry home that same night. Wear it as a reminder of your practice, your intentions, and your inner journey.
