The Challah Back Kitchen Fundraiser Menu is Out!

Join us for the inaugural Challah Back Kitchen Fundraiser, a curated culinary experience that celebrates the season and our Jewish heritage. This experience includes hors d'oeuvres, a three-course meal, drink pairings, and— of course— challah!
All proceeds from ticket donations support Beit Ahavah’s vibrant community and programming. Dinner is included, and beer and wine will be available at no cost to guests.
Hors d’oeuvres: A selection of cheese paired with mushrooms and fruit and challah
Salad: Mixed greens with blueberries, roasted walnuts, goat cheese, and lemon vinaigrette
Soup: Chilled corn soup dusted with black trumpet salt
Main Course: Stuffed Summer Squash and or Zucchini with herbed quinoa portobello mushroom stuffing and pomegranate drizzle, roasted potatoes, and roasted mushroom medley
Dessert: Peach cobbler cheesecake
