If It’s Fall in Florence, It Must Be “Odd-umn”!
The Florence Events Center Gallery Committee -- part of Florence Arts, Culture, & Entertainment -- invites artists to submit their work for the annual October -- November exhibit entitled “Odd-umn,” for Autumn 2025.
Autumn lends itself to great artistic opportunities -- beautiful colors, the harvest season, and wildlife preparing for winter. Plus it’s a time for the odd, the unusual, and the spooky: scarecrows, ghosts, hobgoblins, and “The Great Pumpkin” lead-up to Halloween.
Hence the Title: Odd + Autumn = Odd-umn.
Each year, local artists have fun creating crazy, serious, or downright scary art using this theme. Works may be 2D including photography, or 3D to be displayed in the locked glass case.
Applications are available by visiting the Florence Events Center’s website (EventCenter.org or bit.ly/2025Oddums): click on the under the Galleries tab. The fee is $15.00 per piece. All pieces must be available for sale during the show.
The Artwork & Application deadline is Tuesday, October 7th from 9am to 10:30am. Artwork must be delivered to the FEC on this date or other arrangements be made ahead of time. Art take down and return to Artist is November 25th from 9am to 10:30am.
Awards will be presented at the Odd-umn Show Reception at the FEC on Tuesday, October 21st from 5-7pm. Presentations of awards will be at 6pm. Art is for sale during the duration of the show, including at the reception. Costumes encouraged, and rewarded!

Use of this online application form will expedite your Artwork submission and your Artwork Title(s)/ Artist Biography for the Florence Events Center's 2025 "Odd-Umn" Show. Some duplication of information may be required. Please make sure you print a paper copy of your application along with your Artwork, and label each piece on the back.
