The making of paper lanterns can be traced back to ancient China. With its rich history in mind, you will make your own version with paper mache and embed pressed flowers and plants into the lantern. This hour of lantern-making will be action-packed as you build and layer your lantern art in your own expressive way. The surprise comes when you place a tea light inside and see the magical dancing silhouettes in the light.
Adults. Limited to 14 participants.
Free for Museum Members, $10/person for Not Yet Members.
